1. Call to Order: Gale Bresnehan, Vice Chairman

2. Roll Call:

3. Approval of Minutes of the HARB meeting held on September, 23, 2015.

4. Board Review of Tabled Applications:

➢ 15-06-09 – 739 George Street - HARB Zone B – Applicant coming back to discuss the final results of the removal of the Portland cement that was applied to the front brick wall.

5. Board Review of Applications:

➢ 15-10-01 – 130 Wayne Avenue – HARB Zone B – Application received to install new front door, new second floor windows, porch roofing, replace front columns and new front railing for the front porch.
➢ 15-10-02 – 930 West Airy Street – HARB Zone A – Application received to replace front and side doors.
➢ 15-10-03 – 706 West Elm Street – HARB Zone B – Application received to remove and replace front brick façade with same and to replace front six windows with same type of vinyl windows.
➢ 15-10-04 – 825 Dekalb Street – HARB Zone A – Application received to demolish structure.
➢ 15-10-05 – 205 East Lafayette Street – HARB Zone A – Application received to resurface exterior walls with a new stucco finish. Install new sign ban on Lafayette Street Side of the building. Frame out new windows on first and second floor of the Mill Street side of the building.
