Solicitor
A. BCI Settlement Agreement. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove a settlement agreement between the Municipality of Norristown and Brokerage Concepts, Inc.
B. A motion to authorize the Solicitor to support and defend the Norristown Zoning Hearing Board’s decision in KKR Investments v. Norristown Borough and Norristown Zoning Hearing Board, No 2016-09009.

Municipal Administrator
A. SR 0202 Section 510 Markley Street - Request for Concurrence to Perform Limited Night Work. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove waiver of Ordinance 2010-11, Noise, Section B (1), to allow limited nighttime work on Section 510 Markley Street over the two-year construction period.

Finance
A. PEMA-DAP-2 Designation of Agent Resolution. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove Resolution 16-128, PEMA-DAP-2 Designation of Agent, to approve authorizing the Director of Finance as the designee on form PEMA DAP- 2, Designation of Agent Resolution for disaster, on FEMA 4261-DR-PA, effective immediately, for the 2016 Fiscal Year.
B. Disposal of Finance Department Records. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove Resolution 16-130, Disposal of Finance Department Records, for
the disposal of financial records in compliance with adopted record retention standards.

A. HARB Certificates. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove HARB Certificates of Appropriateness as follows:

Public Safety
A. Handicapped parking. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove Resolution 16-131, Handicapped Parking Spaces, at 621 Violet Street and 701 Cherry Street.

Planning
A. Genesis Housing Corporation and Progressive Housing Ventures, LP. Request Municipal Council to approve or disapprove Resolution 16-129, Genesis Housing Corporation and Progressive Housing Ventures, LP, to support a reduction in sewer tapping fees from the Norristown Waste Management Authority to facilitate the development of a 34 multiplex affordable market rate single family homeownership development.

On July 31, 2018 Plymouth Ambulance and Norristown Fire Department conducted joint UTV training. Members from both Departments trained on incline ascents and descents, winch use for evacuation and overall UTV safety and operations.
