Walk for Hunger

On Saturday morning, April 9th, at the Philadelphia Art Museum, the Food Resource Center of CADCOM will again walk in support of the Montgomery County emergency food programs. Your support will help fund programs that provide hungry families with everything from staple foods to organic produce.

Your support will also ensure that USDA Bonus foods continue to be distributed in the county. We have taken on this task in the last year due to government cutbacks, but it means more cost to us to get the food to people in need. It’s all part of the Montco Anti-Hunger Network (MAHN) continuing to “… work collectively to maximize the acquisition and distribution of nutritious food in Montgomery County.”

Your tax-deductible contributions will help strengthen the network in Montgomery County.

Thank you for your support!

Publicly demonstrate your support! Walk with us! and thousands more for a 1 or 5 kilometer stroll. It's good exercise, lets people know of the importance of our cause and keeps me from getting lonely.
