3. Approval of Minutes of the HARB meeting held on March 23, 2016

4. Board Review of Applications:

➢ 16-04-01 – 103 East Jacoby Street - HARB Zone B – Application received to install new windows, doors, rear siding, roof and repair front and side porch per application.
➢ 16- 04-02 – 1009 West Main Street - HARB Zone A - Application received to repair slate roof. Replace wood windows with vinyl windows, replace doors and repair the front porch. Replace front siding with stucco per application.
➢ 16-04-03 – 401-403 Dekalb Street - HARB Zone A – Application received to install new signs for the building per application.
➢ 16- 04-04 – 715 West Marshall Street - HARB Zone A – Application received to install a hanging sign.
➢ 16-04-05 – 1331 Dekalb Street – HARB Zone A – Remove upper main roof and rear tin bump out and install GAF Camelot II Antique Slate to roof.
