Special Planning Commission Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipality of Norristown Planning Commission will hold a special meeting WEDNESDAY - OCTOBER 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a request for final land development approval for the following project:
(16-2) Final Plan Review – Redevelopment of the former Kennedy Kenrick (HS) site.
For property Located at: DeKalb Pike and Johnson Highway
Property Owner: Aquinas Realty Partners, LLC (Equitable Owner)
Aquinas Realty Partners is seeking final land development approval for the redevelopment of the
former Kennedy Kenrick site which includes the construction of one multi-family building with one
hundred and ten (110) independent living residential units and a community center, construction of two
(2) multi-family buildings with forty-eight (48) independent living residential units each, and one (1)
proposed retail building. Also included will be the construction of two (2) single family dwellings with
two (2) garages for the community staff personnel and (1) maintenance building for the community.
Total units – 208 dwelling units. The project is restricted to residential individuals over the age of 55.
The applicant(s) as well as all persons interested and /or wishing to be heard in this matter must be present for the Norristown Planning Commission Meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., and the Municipal Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Municipal Hall, 235 East Airy Street, Norristown, PA.
