PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council Members of the Municipality of Norristown will conduct a Public Hearing on the following CONDITIONAL USE application(s):

(1CU-16) Conditional Use Application: Off Premises Outdoor Advertising Signage
Property Location 750 Markley Street
Property Owner: Ramco LLC – c/o Richard Mina

The applicant is seeking a conditional use approval for the placement of 6 (six) 6’ x 12’ off premise outdoor advertising signs on the west wall of the existing building.

The applicant(s) as well as all persons interested and /or wishing to be heard in this matter must be present for the Norristown Planning Commission Meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., and the Design Review Board Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 6:30 p.m., and the Municipal Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Municipal Hall, 235 East Airy Street, Norristown, PA. Persons with a disability who wish to attend the above referenced hearing, and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing, please call (610) 270-0420.
