The Arts are Alive
in Norristown!

Celebrate Norristown Arts Hill, Norristown’s cultural arts district, at the 3rd Annual Norristown Arts Hill Festival on Saturday, May 5 from 10am to 5pm, on DeKalb Street between Lafayette and Airy Streets.

VIP Cocktail “Reception on the Hill” on Thursday, May 3 to be held at the Four Seasons Banquet Hall. All funds benefit the Festival and the mission of Norristown Arts Council.

The Festival will showcase talent from the region and beyond including art, dance, film, music, and theatre.

By becoming either an Advertising or Donating Sponsor, your support enables the continued revitalization of downtown Norristown through Arts and Culture. Additionally, all Sponsors will be highlighted on the Norristown Arts Hill website, social networking sites and media, The Times Herald, cable television channels and Festival flyers, posters, and t-shirts.

Payments can be for either tax-deductable Donations or Paid Advertising.


A.1 - BUSINESS ADVERTISING

Sponsor: $5000 - Business name listed on main performance tent, a full-page ad in the Program Book, special recognition at the Reception and 8 tickets to the Reception on the Hill.

Sustainer: $2500 – Business name listed on one of two main performance stages, 1/2 page ad in Program Book, recognition at the Reception and 6 tickets to the Reception.

Supporter: $1000 – Business name on one of two performance stages (“Festival” Stage or “Showcase” Stage), a 1/2 page ad in Program Book, recognition at the Reception and 4 tickets to the Reception.

Patron: $500 – 1/4 page ad in Program Book, recognition at the Reception and 2 tickets to the Reception.

C – PROGRAM BOOK AD PRICES
(not tax-deductable)

All ad prices are based on Black and White Artwork. The deadline for submitting copy is April 1. Artwork is to be submitted digitally as hi res to info@norristownartshill.org. Write Festival Ad in the subject line.

All ads will be placed in the program book, which is to be printed on gloss paper. Program books will be available for the Reception, the day of the Festival and general distribution before and after the Festival. It is anticipated that approximately 1000 copies will be distributed.

Payment must be received before the ad is placed in the book. If special arrangements are needed, please notify the Arts Council well in advance of the copy deadline.
