PRE-APPLICATION INTAKE FOR OWNER OCCUPIED HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM

The Municipality of Norristown’s Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program (Program) helps low to moderate income homeowners correct housing problems including defects in their homes heating systems, roofs and electrical systems by providing interest-free deferred loans.  In order to qualify for the program, applicants must be a Norristown Municipal resident and own and reside in the property.  The waiting list for the Program is now open, and the Municipality encourages all income-eligible homeowners to apply! 

Pre-applications for the Program will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Interested Municipal homeowners must apply in person at the Municipal Administration Hall between January 11, 2017 through March 31, 2017 the following days and times:

·         Monday mornings from 10:00am-12:00pm

·         Wednesday afternoons from 2:00pm-4:00pm

·         Friday mornings from 10:00am-12:00pm
