Norristown Swim team info

Dive in to the Norristown Area Swim Team!

The Norristown Area Aquatic Club (NAAC), Eagles are looking for new friends to join the team.
Have you ever wanted to try to race like Michael Phelps, Katie Ledecky or Simone Manuel?
They all started their path to the Olympics with their local swim teams.

The Norristown Area Aquatic Club (NAAC) is starting its 45th year of competitive swimming and is looking for more kids who want to learn how to competitively swim! No swim team experience necessary.  Founded in 1973, NAAC is a year-round competitive swim team offering high quality, professional coaching, starting with a focus on the FUNdamentals with our newer swimmers and then advance technique instruction as they grow.  Youth from ages 5 to 18 and all abilities are welcome. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve their swimming skills and achieve success. We believe that every child can achieve lifelong success through swimming.

The team is led by Norristown native and 20+ year coaching veteran Beth O’Neil. Coach Beth is the Head Coach for the Norristown Area High School Boy’s and Girl’s teams. She is a USA Swimming certified coach and an American Swim Coach’s Association Level 3 coach.  Along with team of very dedicated and highly skilled coaches, they work with their swimmers to improve their swimming technique and also how to mentally prepare for competition.
