Norristown 4th of July Celebration

The Norristown 4th of July Celebration is just around the corner. In an exciting new partnership, Norristown Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality of Norristown have teamed up to host what will surely be one of the best Fourth of July Celebrations that Norristown has ever seen!

NEW PARADE ROUTE FOR 2018 (Starting at 9:30)

This year’s parade route will start at the State Hospital Grounds at Sterigere & Stanbridge, make its way to Marshall Street before turning onto Main Street, where an exciting new addition to the traditional Norristown Fourth of July will be in full swing!

NEW BLOCK PARTY ON MAIN (From 10:30-2:30)

On July 4, 2018, the Norristown Chamber of Commerce will be transforming Main Street (from Dekalb to Arch Street) into a fun-filled Block Party with local vendors, live music, food trucks, a beer garden, and an activity zone for the kids! We're sure that the Block Party on Main will be a staple for years to come, and the best part is that everyone is invited!

Starting at 1:00, Norristown's Fourth of July Celebration shifts gears and heads to Harding Boulevard for the traditional concert at Elmwood Park. Listen to even more live music, visit the concession stand, and enjoy one of the largest local parks in the area until dark when Norristown lights up sky with its annual fireworks show!

Are you a vendor, community group, or just someone that wants to be part of the parade or get involved the Block Party on Main? Contact our Coordinator Teneé King at
