The land planning study does not include the portion of the property located in East Norriton Township currently known as the Norristown Farm Property.

The land planning feasibility study process consists of three phases. The first phase includes due diligence technical studies of the NSH campus; the second phase includes the review and compilation of the stakeholder engagement findings and due diligence technical studies along with meetings with key local land planning stakeholders, and the public; and  the third phase will be the preparation of the land planning feasibility report that will provide recommendations on the NSH campus’s highest and best use, and strategies for implementation.

At this meeting, the public will be presented with facts and information regarding the due diligence findings, where the land planner is in the process, next steps and the opportunity to provide public or written comments that will be used as part of the report.
