All Municipal Offices will be closed on Monday, January 25th. Due to the impact from the Blizzard, clean up is still underway. Public Works and contractors will continue the clean up efforts. We understand this process has been overwhelming to all, we continue to ask for your patience.

For kids who like to try new things. Crafts, science projects, building projects, electronics, and more! For kids in grades 3-6. A parent-signed release form is required to attend. Class size is limited. No class on January 18.

3. Approval of Minutes of the HARB meeting held on December 16, 2015.

4. Board Review of Tabled Applications from December 2015.

➢ 15-12-06 – 510 West Lafayette Street - HARB Zone B – Application received to replace 3rd floor level slate roofing system and install Timberline Architectural Shingle roofing. Replace front door with wooden door.
➢ 15-12-04 – 530 Haws Avenue - HARB Zone A – Application received to remove and replace 10 windows. New windows will be vinyl.
➢ 15-12-03 – 829 Swede Street – HARB Zone A – Application received to remove the A frame section of shingle roofing material and install new shingle to match adjoin property. Continue the cornice design to match adjoining property.

5. Board Review of Applications:

➢ 16-01-01 – 667 Corson Street - HARB Zone B – Application received to install new windows with capping. Capping of soffit and fascia. Rear garage to have an entire restoration, windows door, roofing, etc. (corner property)
➢ 16-01-02 – 232 Minor Street – HARB Zone B – New application received for, basement windows, third floor casement windows. Side yard cornice/soffit overhang is to be completed with gutters. Front door and transom to be installed.
➢ 16-01-03 – 520 Haws Avenue – HARB Zone A – Application received for a financial hardship to change the slate roof to a shingle roofing system as previously applied for at our November 2015 meeting night.
➢ 16-01-04 – 120 West Airy Street - HARB Zone A – Application received to remove and replace windows with new vinyl windows. Re-point the front brick wall.
➢ 16-01-05 – 1012 West Marshall Street – HARB Zone A – Application received to remove and replace windows with new vinyl windows.
➢ 16-01-06 – 262-264 East Main Street – HARB Zone A – Application received to install a new stucco face on the side wall with a texture finish.
