There are a number of meetings this that the public is invited to participate in. Agendas for the meetings are attached as are links to the respective departments’ webpages. 

Sept. 22, Zoning Hearing Board


The Norristown Zoning Hearing Board will meet virtually for its monthly meeting on Sept. 22 at 7 p.m.. A copy of the agenda can be found here: Sept. 22 meeting agenda. Supporting documents for the applications can be found on the ZHB’s meeting page.

Sept. 23, Historical Architectural Review Board

The Norristown Historical Architectural Review Board will meet virtually for its monthly meeting on Sept. 23 at 7 p.m.. A copy of the agenda can be found here: Sept. 23 meeting agenda. Information about the HARB can be found on their webpage.

Sept. 24, Arch St. Greenway Project


The Municipality of Norristown will hold a Virtual Public Meeting via GoToMeeting on Sept.24, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss proposed streetscape improvements along Arch Street between East Main Street and Oak Street. Proposed improvements include installing signage and wayfinding, ADA ramps, concrete curbs, concrete depressed curbs, concrete aprons, textures crosswalks, streetscape stamped concrete sidewalk, streetscape ornamental lights with planters and streetscape trees. The Municipality received $260,000 of C2P2 grant funding from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to complete the Arch Street Greenway Project.
