Municipal Council on Aug. 4, 2021 authorized the advertisement of Ord. 21-10. A vote by council on this ordinance is expected in September.
Ordinance 21-10: Amend portions of the municipality's Zoning Code (CHAPTER 320) to allow for additional flexibility in the form and type of residential development within the MR Multi-Family Residential District.
(Per §41.4-04 of the Municipal Charter, advertisement of an ordinance shall be published at least once in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the Municipality not more than 60 days nor less than seven days prior to the Council meeting scheduled for consideration of the ordinance.)
