Municipal Council has authorized the advertisement of two ordinances.
Ordinance 22-05: Adoption of the 2023 Municipal Budget and establishing the real estate tax rate. (Approved for advertisement Nov. 1, adoption vote set for Dec. 6)
Ordinance 22-06: Appointment of Portnoff as Solicitor for Collection and Fee Schedule (Approved for advertisement Nov. 15, adoption vote TBD)
(Per §41.4-04 of the Municipal Charter, advertisement of an ordinance shall be published at least once in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the Municipality not more than 60 days nor less than seven days prior to the Council meeting scheduled for consideration of the ordinance.)
