Municipal Council authorized the advertisement of the following ordinance at their Dec. 20, 2022 meeting.
Ordinance 22-09: The Vacation of Green Street as Part of the Kennedy-Kenrick Land Development Project
(Per §41.4-04 of the Municipal Charter, advertisement of an ordinance shall be published at least once in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the Municipality not more than 60 days nor less than seven days prior to the Council meeting scheduled for consideration of the ordinance.)
