Ordinance 23-02: Chapter 320 (Zoning) pertaining to Master Plans for land development projects. (Authorized to advertise on March 21, 2023.)
Ordinance 23-03: Comcast Cable Franchise Agreement. (Authorized to advertise on April 4, 2023.)
(Per §41.4-04 of the Municipal Charter, advertisement of an ordinance shall be published at least once in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the Municipality not more than 60 days nor less than seven days prior to the Council meeting scheduled for consideration of the ordinance.)
