Municipal Council on Nov. 17, 2020 authorized the advertisement of Ordinances 20-17, 20-18 and 20-19.
Ordinance 20-17: This ordinance proposes to amendment the Zoning Map to rezone 700 Sterigere St. from RE (Recreation) to LIMU (Limited Industrial Mixed Use).
Ordinance 20-18: This ordinance proposes to amend Chapter 31 (Historical Architectural Review Board) of the Municipal Code to eliminate HARB Zone B and change the boundaries of HARB Zone A and revise the preservation guidelines criteria applicable to HARB Zone A.
Ordinance 20-19: This ordinance proposes to add 12 code violations to the Property Maintenance Quick Ticket program. At present, there are only three such violations in the program. The PMQT Program creates fines for violations for certain existing property maintenance and code requirements.
