Municipal Council on Jan. 29, 2021 authorized the advertisement of Ordinances 21-01.
Ordinance 21-01: This ordinance proposes to assist the Department of Buildings & Code Compliance with holding Banks/Mortgage Companies responsible for their assets/properties located in Norristown.
(Per §41.4-04 of the Municipal Charter, advertisement of an ordinance shall be published at least once in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the Municipality not more than 60 days nor less than seven days prior to the Council meeting scheduled for consideration of the ordinance.)
